Each user of ZTC whether its teacher, parent, students, admin, staff, franchises, or maintainence & support providers, all must have to agree these terms of use of this school software:

1. The personal information stored in the ztc web server could not be shared with third parties without the written permission of the said school.

2. The data provided by the school staff is being backed-up on weekly basis by the ZTC, hence the crash a day before weekend, the data upto a week may need to be re-entered.

3. We use third party products for making this software more useful, this do not means that we have some agreements with all, hence we cannot guarantee the smooth service from them all.

4. Any module or subpart of the software can be deactivated without prior notice, if somewhere its unable to comply the standard cyber rules & regulation.

5. We clearly restrict the users on not to provide any confidencial information like, credit card, debit card, or netbanking details without the responsibility of banking officials. This system allows the user to dynamically setup a free payment gateway with the help of the banker, here the ZTC cannot be resposible for any mishappening of anykind, hence the developer of ZTC cannot be disturbed in this matter in any manner whatsoever. The whole responsiblity will remain under the user and the banker themself, where the ZTC will not be responsible for anything.

6. We can not allow the user of ZTC to route large trafic using SEO on the provided software WebURL link. Our servers is optimized to handle upto 1000 users a day for a school.

7. User of ZTC is strictly not allowed to publish contents having abusive,blameing,insultling,pornographic,controversial or any material promoting innocent animal killing or harming any manner, or anything that is against the humanity or civil society.

It is recommended to check periodically this Terms of Use, which is subject to change without prior notice.
